Bec’s Host Admin
Bec’s Host Admin is a mobile admin app for short-stay hosts that works alongside Hostport, with Claude built in.
Its Becs Copilot assistant uses Claude, through the Anthropic API, to answer questions about your bookings and calendar. Claude-drafted guest replies, review responses and check-in messages are coming next.
Bec’s Host Admin grew out of running Bec’s Beach House in Surfside, NSW, a live coastal rental. It works alongside your channel manager rather than replacing it: your listings, rates and channel connections stay where they are.

What it does today

Today’s arrivals, departures and in-house guests at a glance, so you know where things stand first thing.
Calendar
Upcoming stays and open nights on one calendar, so turnovers are easier to plan.
Guest records
Guest details for each stay kept together, so the right information is at hand when you need it.
Inbox
Guest conversations in one place, ready to read and answer from your phone.
Door PINs for each stay
A separate door PIN for each booking, so every guest has their own access for their own dates.
Schlage smart-lock quiet mode
Once the guest’s code has been used, lock alerts are silenced until checkout morning, so you are not buzzed every time guests come and go during their stay.
Check-in texts and emails
Arrival details sent to guests by text and email ahead of check-in, without copying and pasting from notes.
Becs Copilot: Ask Becs
Ask questions such as “Who is checking out today?” and get a read-only answer about your bookings and calendar, powered by Claude.
Morning Brief
A start-of-day brief from Becs Copilot: today’s arrivals and departures, same-day turnovers, open repairs and arrival messages that still need attention.
Gap Hunter
Finds short vacant gaps between bookings in the weeks ahead and checks them against your minimum-stay rules.

Status
Bec’s Host Admin is currently a private Android build, in daily use at our own short-stay rental, opening to other small hosts next. It is not listed on any app store.
