Cancellation: Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For peak-season stays (December, January and the Easter long weekend), cancel at least one month before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made after these deadlines are not eligible for a full refund.
Payment: Full payment is required through the secure Stripe Checkout link before a booking can be confirmed. The approved price is held until the payment link expires, normally 24 hours after it is issued.
Photo ID: A government-issued photo ID for the lead guest is required before arrival. We’ll send private instructions — please don’t include ID in this form.
